Payments
We offer 3 methods of payment:
1. Cradit Card Payment (Visa, MC, Discover, and AMEX)
2, PayPal "Express Checkout" (securely via PayPal)
3. "Print and Call" (phone/fax and mail-in)
Credit Card Payments
By selecting "Credit Card" as your payment method during checkout, simply enter your credit card number and expiration date. In some case, you may be contacted by our support team to confirm your 3-digit security code on the back of your credit card - this is to ensure the safety and security our customer's shopping experience. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for credit card processing. You will receive a confirmation notice informing you that your order is in progress. Note: It is our policy to NOT store or otherwise retain our customer's credit card information. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
PayPal Express Checkout
By selecting "PayPal" as your payment method during checkout, you will be able to pay securely online with your Visa, MC, Discover and American Express as well as "express checkout" if you are a PayPal account holder.

Shipping
Our normal shipping time is within 72 hours from the time your order is processed. Please allow a few more business days for your order to arrive to you. Some items may ship directly from the factory and most items ship from our warehouse. Please be aware that you may receive separate packages on different days. In the event your order will be shipped in separate shipments, we will let you know. Therefore, do not be alarmed if your order is not complete in one box. Our shipment date is a "Target Date" and is not a guarantee to deliver your product exactly by that date, it is for your information while processing the order. We will make every effort to meet the "Target Date." Please remember that due to large volumes during major gift giving holidays (e.g. Christmas) your delivery time may be delayed. Therefore, we advise you to order early to ensure you get your item(s) on time. We will do everything in our power to ensure you receive your items in a timely manner, but our shipping partners can also experience delays during these peak times. NOTE: Alaska, Hawaii, overseas Military addresses and U.S. Territories will incur slightly higher shipping rates than the continental U.S. You may be billed for the difference in shipping charges for items upon shipping.
International Orders
We ship to the entire USA, Canada, all US Military addresses, and most overseas countries outside the continental United States. To place an International Order, please complete our International Order form. All international orders are invoiced directly to customers via our corporate PayPal account. Once payment is received and processed via our PayPal account, customer orders are fullfilled accordingly. International customers are not required to have a PayPal account, however, having a PayPal account will make payment and processing more efficient. NOTE 1: All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, overseas Military addresses and U.S. Territories will include an additional $7.50 to the shipping charge, and Canadian orders will include $9.50 to the shipping charges shown on your order. Additionally, Free Shipping promotions are NOT applicable on any international orders.
NOTE 2: International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that may be added. TPC Distribution, LLC orders only include the cost of the item(s) and the shipping. Any duty or taxes may be added at the time of delivery. International Returns Items must be unused and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements. Closeouts, custom orders or demo items are not returnable either domestically or internationally. Our Returns and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original and unused condition (including all original packaging, tags and periferal items) within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping costs and any applicable processing fees (i.e. credit card processing). We will credit the refund based on your original payment method. You can also make a request to receive your refund in the form of store credit. Be sure to specify the refund method in the Return Form.

If your purchased item does not conform to our returns policy, your request for a return/refund will be denied and we will return the item to you. In these cases, all return shipping charges will the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Merchandise
If your item is damaged when you receive it, you must report the damaged item to us within 24 hours of getting your item. If you receive your item on a Friday, you must contact us by the end of business the following Monday. Please save all shipping materials and e-mail us at

immediately for assistance. Follow the procedure above to return your item(s), and return the corresponding item(s) as soon as possible. Shipping cost back to our location will be covered by us only if the return is in regard to receiving wrong or damaged items. Shipping cost for replacement will be free of charge only for shipments within US addresses.
Return and Exchange Authorization
Return authorization is required for any returned merchandise. Manufacturers warranties do apply to defective merchandise, and we request that our customers to please contact the manufacturer for any manufacturer's warranty issues. We cannot accept returns on used clubs, opened software, cassette tapes, compact discs, videos, any special order merchandise, or discounted items. We do not accept returns on discontinued items. Items must be unused and in original packaging for refund. There will be a full 100% refund with no deductions if the error is ours. Please note that all refunds will be issued less a 10% restocking fee and actual shipping charges (which may differ from the shipping charge you paid, such as items that are shipped direct from the manufacturer or items that are shipped from different locations). All items must be returned within 30 days of the date we shipped the product to you. No returns will be accepted on used items or past 30 days. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Any items marked "Special Sale Low Price" are not returnable.
Christmas Ordering: If you order November 1st through December 15th for early Christmas shopping, we allow you 60 days to return or exchange an item. This allows you time to shop early for Christmas and have ample time to return or exchange the item. If you are wishing to return an item that you bought during a free shipping special, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from your refund for that item.
Non-Authorized Returns
Items that are shipped back to us within 30 days, without proper authorization, are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and actual shipping charges. All items must be returned within 30 days of the date we shipped the product to you. Items returned after 30 days will not be refunded. Return freight is the customer's responsibility. No returns will be accepted on used items or past 30 days. Once we receive your item, please allow 7-10 days before you see your refund posted back to your credit card account. Please wait to see your next credit card statement. You will see the transaction as TPC Distribution, LLC on your statement. We will email you notifying you that your credit has been issued.
